Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets can be purchased through our platform using the available payment methods displayed during checkout.
  • Once payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation email containing your ticket details will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information entered during the purchase process is accurate and up to date.

Electronic Ticket Delivery

  • All tickets issued through crowdr are delivered electronically.
  • Customers are encouraged to retain their confirmation email and ensure that their ticket remains accessible before attending the event.
  • If you do not receive your ticket confirmation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Ticket Validation & Entry

  • Each ticket contains a unique identifier and may include a QR code or barcode for verification purposes.
  • Tickets will be validated upon entry to the event venue.
  • Attendees may be required to present a valid ticket (digital or printed where accepted).
  • A valid form of identification may be requested by the event organizer.
  • Tickets that have been altered, duplicated, copied, or obtained through unauthorized means may be refused entry without refund.

Ticket Usage

  • Unless otherwise stated by the event organizer, each ticket permits entry for one individual only.
  • Tickets may not be reused after successful validation.
  • Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their tickets and preventing unauthorized access to ticket information.

Ticket Transfers

  • Certain events may permit ticket transfers or name changes.
  • Transfer options are subject to event organizer policies and deadlines.
  • crowdr reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or deny transfer requests where fraud prevention or event-specific restrictions apply.

Event Changes

  • Event schedules, venues, performers, speakers, or other event details may be modified by the event organizer without prior notice.
  • In the event of a postponement, rescheduling, or significant event change, customers will be notified whenever reasonably possible.
  • Notifications will be sent using the contact information provided during booking.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Refund requests for cancelled events will be processed in accordance with the organizer's instructions.
  • Tickets for postponed or rescheduled events may remain valid for the revised event date.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the refund policy associated with each event before completing their purchase.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets

  • If a ticket is lost, stolen, or becomes inaccessible, customers should contact support promptly.
  • crowdr will make reasonable efforts to assist, subject to verification of purchase and event organizer policies.

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized resale or commercial distribution of tickets.
  • Duplication or manipulation of ticket data.
  • Use of fraudulent payment methods.
  • Any activity intended to disrupt the operation or security of the ticketing platform.
  • Violation of these terms may result in ticket cancellation, denial of entry, account suspension, and/or legal action where appropriate.
